Refund Policy

Refund policy with 30 days money back guarantee

Refundable:

1. If a client faces server related issue after receiving our hosting package that we cannot resolve, the amount will be refunded.

2. If someone mistakenly orders a service(only shared & reseller hosting) and opens a ticket asking for a refund from us, they will get the refund.

3. If someone is dissatisfied with our service and requests a refund within 30 days, we will refund the remaining amount by deducting a charge on the days the service is used.

 

Non-refundable:

1. There will be no refunds on VPS, dedicated servers, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases.

2. If a client violated the terms of service and suspended in that case refund will not be offered. Iff he/she asked for cancellation and then agreed to continue using services can’t ask second time for refund.

Note: Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you had an account with us before, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.

Violations of the Terms of Service will waive the refund policy.

Unlimited Package Policy

The disk space is conditional unmetered space and we offer a set amount of space which is limited to 20GB in this package.

All other features such as Bandwidth, Email accounts, subdomain, Addon domain & Ftp accounts will be unlimited.

Like all international unlimited hosting policy, unlimited hosting has the following restriction:

*Number of Process= 100
*Number of Database Connection:=100
*Soft Inode=50000
*Hard Inode=100000
*Mail per hour=100

(We can increase the mail limit per hour if you confirm that no email marketing will be done)

Customers are able to opt out of newsletters and mailings by using the unsubscribe link in any promotional email or as otherwise provided in the communication. Please note that customers may not opt out of receiving important system notifications or emails about their accounts.
